2 monsters today!

Assalamualaikum wbt. Well today we just finished 2 exams; OSCE in the morning and pharm in the evening. We really don't expect dental school to put 2 exams during summer but then it still happen and we just do our best for these exams and the rest just tawakkal to Allah.



Nikwani and Erica were in the 1st session for the OSCE and me,ira,nadia were in the 2nd session. The night before, we're all so scared(nikwani even can't sleep)..just imagine la..OSCE covers all stuff in RD2007 which are ethics law, dental material, behavioural science and segala maknenek smoking,charting,cross infect bla2..pharm pulak banyak siot nk baca, thanks to azira who emailed us the past years papers,,really2 helpful!



The 1st session start early in the morning and supposed to end at 11.10 am. 2nd session should start at 11.30 am and ends at 1.40pm..and we got pharm at 4.30pm. But it didn't turn out that way,,the 1st session extended until around 11.30 am which means the 2nd session will only ends at 2pm or later. Masa tu kitorg memang dah cuak dah. Semua bajet bleh la merevise2 sket utk pharm next.Tp sabar ajo la.



We had short discussion before we start the OSCE and i think it really helps me a lot!! kalau x memang x tahu ape tu hypodynamic??thanks to all my classmates. At 11.30 am we're ready to enter the lab. The 1st session just finished. Nampak nikwani n ery dah tersandar kat dinding. Ada 19 real stations and 5 rest stations, whut do u expect la..sah2 penat gila..



The OSCE was quite tough i think..esp part Behavioral Science. mak aii detail nya soalan.banyak plak tu station BS. ethic law ada 3 stations, dental material x igt berapa, and 1 real station yg kena explain pasal plaque,brushing technique segala.Ohh and sumpah aku x tahu itu adalah tongue scrapper!!haha..me:i don't have any idea what is this..pemeriksa: just guess..u'll lose 2 mark if u don't try..where do we clean our mouth using this? me: tongue? pemeriksa: good girl! me:thank God!



I think susunan station adalah sedikit tidak patut. At 1 side, ada banyak rest station, and another side sikit plak rest station.But after all,jam tepat pukul 2 pm, we finished the OSCE. All 24 stations were done! Then me,ira,nadia terus pecut balik rumah. Makan sket and terus revise utk pharm. At 4.30 pm we started the exam at Aula Maxima.



Balik rumah, semua org penat..semua org rasa nk tido ja..we aware that for the upper years, exams will be held even we have clinical session on the same day. Meaning, we shud be prepared! Tired? of course.. semoga Allah lembut kan hati pemeriksa2 kami.Kuatkanlah kami utk exams yg seterusnya.. Mari berusaha ira,erica,nikwani,nadia..All RD2007 stuff please stay in my brain! still got RD2007 oral on 28th may remember?Now 4 down, 5 more to go. Wish us luck people!! Till then, wassalam...

Done with 5 exams in Mac,done with easter break(u're rite!!),now back to book plisss!! btw hr tu terbaca('ter' lah sgt) status ym sesorg "Syurga di bawah telapak kaki ibu". Suddenly reminds me of my one and only mother=))*ini tidak bermaksud saya tidak mengingati ibu pd waktu2 lain okeh* . Kalau rewind balik, betapa banyaknya pengorbanan ibu utk anaknya dari sekecil2 manusia sampai sebesar2 manusia. Esp kalau anaknya adalah sedikit songeh dan selalu meragam nk macam2 lalala*

Harini, selaku kak ngah*ceh,x mau mengaku dah jadi makcik* I took the responsibility to take care Irfan Hafiy since Umi a.k.a Kak Asma' got tutorial. Bukannya lama pon, from 3-5 ajor tapi sungguh challenging ok. Bukan senang esp when the baby cry and u couldn't find out the reason. dukung nangis, baring nangis, susu x mau,last2 lagu wonderpets jugak menjadi penawar *_*. Thanks kak miha a.k.a kak long berkaliber and kak saadah yg sudi membantu^__^. Untuk orang2 yg sungguh biadap ngan ibunya, patut aje di beri sedikit cubitan utk mengingatkan kembali susah payah mak jaga ko dari kecil sampai besar.Kalau x sedar2 jugak,boleh cubit banyak2.umi kalau mahu babysitter sila roger2 i orait?;-)

Ohh and lagi satu, lately selalu dengar kes dera budak2, buang bayi la dan sewaktu dengannya. Apa nk jadi x taw. One of my frens said, depa ni mesti akan menyesal tua2 nnt. I really hope this will come to an end. Kesian weyy,cuba bayangkan jumpa baby kat tempat sampah, kena hurung semut segala. And it's not their fault. Definitely not. Itu belum kira kes bayi luar nikah yg memang super banyak kat Malaysia. Apabila hukum Allah x ditegakkan, inilah jadinya. Sapa nk tegakkan?Tanya diri sendiri.

Mak2 ni, walaupun dr luaran nmpak cool je, tp sebenarnya dia rindu sgt kalau anaknya dah lama x call. Cume kadang2 die buat2 dek je, nk tgk sampai bila anak dia boleh tahan x kol dia.*ini kisah benar,cewah* So utk yg tinggal jauh dari famili, jgn la tunggu sampai mak text tny kenapa dah lama x kol. Tu kira signal la yg dah berminggu2 x kol rumah rupanya. Jgn just kol time stress2 nk exam, mintak mak ayah doa, solat hajat segala tp bila dah happy2 x kol depa pulak. Syurga kan bawak telapak kaki ibu=)

ok,sapa dah lama x kol mak,pi kol sekarang!!*larikkkk*

Congrats to Kak Syud and Acap yg baru menimang cahaya mata semalam. Baby boy, Ahmad Zuhayr. Semoga Ahmad Zuhayr akan menjadi bekalan buat umi dan abinya kelak, insyaAllah.

~Back On Track Pliss~~

Assalamualaikum wbt n hye2. Dah lama x menulis maka marilah luangkn sikit masa ber blogging=P.

'Treat people the way you want to be treated'. Sounds easy tapi still kadang2 x apply pn dalam kehidupan kn. When I was in the dental clinic for the practical session, tiba2 teringat psal ni. During the practical, we were paired up and checked our partner teeth. At the first round, I was the dentist. Masa tu I try my best la kn ie jaga posteur, guna instrument dengan betul,lighting betul,patient's position ok etc2.

But when it comes to my turn to be the patient, then I realised few things. Bila dah jadi patient dan duduk kat kerusi tu baru la sedar, ada bbrp menda yg perlu elakkan/ ambil perhatian. Contohnya kn, as patient, mesti rasa x selesa kalau instrument tu asyik cam berlaga2 ngan gigi ko ataupun kalau dentist kira gigi dengan guna mirror tu(as in dok ketuk2 mirror kat gigi) sumpah annoying okeh hahaha. ataupun dentist tu cam rapat sangat sampai naik lemas dibuatnya atau dentist tu tny soklan then expect ko jwb dengan mulut ternganga tu ataupun dentist tu x de break langsung dan menyebabkan patient rasa lenguh buka mulut luas2 hehe..see, banyak menda sebenarnya.and these things bukannya ajar dalam lecture pon but we call that common sense..

Jadinya, kalau kita nk orang treat kita dengan baik, kita pn mestilah do the same thing kn dan fikir 'kalau la orang buat mcm ni kat aku, agak2 apa aku rasa eh?' Berbalik kepada case di atas, lepas merasai sendiri pengalaman jadi dentist dan patient, it gives me cam ala2 guideline la, what and how shud i do next time supaya patient rasa selesa dan dapat rawatan yg terbaik! *cehh,,yg tetiba naik semangat apsal?!!*

But still lately, I think I treat certain ppl the way they shouldn't be treated. Some ppl said blame the hormones or the exams or the mice *ni mmg patut kena blame!!* but I think I shud blame myself yg x pandai nk handle bila byk2 menda dtg sekaligus. So, my apologies to ppl yg terkena angin2 emo ku@ terpaksa bersabar when i show cranky face *ini memang x sengaja ye*@when i give you pungent smile =P.. May Allah keep me back on track,ameen..

Exams are just around the corner and we are all the very the nervous la T____T. Banyak gila menda nk baca and yet so little time left. The only happy thing that happened to me is I already bought flight ticket utk balik summer ni, and it's MAS!!!hihii.. Few things to be sacrificed. Sorry utk sesiapa yg ajak pegi jln2 easter la etc2. Love to go tapi daku harus jadi budak nerd this year ye! Semoga Allah memberkati setiap ilmu yg kitorg belajar dan semoga kitorg dapat igt dan keluarkn balik time menatap soalan2 ituh.

Yay!! Finally done with redecorating this pretty-much-dead-blog. After spending nearly the whole night which i was supposed to be studying neurophysiology, here's the end result!! Nice?? Hehe. Felt a bit guilty for abandoning this blog for so so long. Hope to make it up to this dear old blog this way. Btw, i was thinking, the name of this blog '21+17+9.5' was the combination of our units in Castlewhite during first year. But since we're not there anymore, don't you think it's time for us to change the name for this blog as well?? Hmmmm... Whaddya think?

Lelaki yang baik untuk wanita yang baik?

Assalamualaikum wbt...well2 td baru habis usrah ngan kak ille,yan,ju,dee n azira...yan a.k.a first lady cerita pasal kisah Asiah..sume pn tahu kn Asiah tu adalah isteri firaun. Asiah ni sebenarnya bukannya nk kawen pn ngan firaun sbb Asiah seorg wanita yg beriman pd Allah dan x mengakui yg Firaun tu adalah tuhan.tp sbb firaun tu jahat sangat,, Asiah pn terpaksa la kawen dengan dia demi utk menyelamat kn parents nya yg diseksa oleh Firaun..

Cerita ni mesti suma pn dah tahu & dah baca dari kecik2 lagi..aku pn camtu gak tp ade satu mende yg aku x penah terpikir ttg cerita ni.Tapi dalam Surah An-Nur Allah berfirman:
"Wanita-wanita yang keji adalah untuk lelaki-lelaki yang keji, dan lelaki-lelaki yang keji adalah untuk wanita-wanita yang keji. Dan wanita-wanita yang baik adalah untuk lelaki-lelaki yang baik dan lelaki-lelaki yang baik adalah untuk wanita-wanita yang baik....." :
Dan td baru lah timbul persoalan,,'kalau macam tu,,kenapa Allah takdirkn Asiah kawen dgn Firaun yg sgt zalim ituh??'

Kalau kita fikir betul2,,memang setiap yg Allah tentukn ada hikmahnya..Cube fikir,, kalau Asiah yg beriman pd Allah dan baik hati tu x kawen dgn Firaun,,macam mana dgn Nabi Musa yg dihanyut kn masa bayi?If yg permaisuri yg jumpa tu jahat,,mesti Nabi Musa dan dibunuh gara2 perintah Firaun yg suroh semua bayi lelaki dibunuh..Tapi Allah tu kn Maha Mengetahui,,ditakdirkn Asiah yg berkahwin dgn Firaun dan jumpa Nabi Musa seterusnya membesarkan Nabi Musa.dan alhamdulillah berkat asuhan Asiah, Nabi Musa membesar menjadi seorg yg mempunyai pekerti yg mulia dan akhirnya menentang kezaliman Firaun itu sendiri.

Itu juga adalah satu ujian utk Asiah sendiri..walaupn Asiah terpaksa berkahwin dengan Firaun tp Allah sentiasa memelihara Asiah dari kekejaman Firaun.Semasa Asiah melihat Masyitah,,dia pn sgt marah pada Firaun dan sanggup mati seperti Masyitah..Firaun pn marah dan menyangka Asiah gila..Firaun siksa Asiah,,x beri makan dan minum sampai la Asiah meninggal dunia. Sebelum menghembus kn nafas yg terakhir, Asiah berdoa : "Wahai Tuhanku! Binalah untukku sebuah rumah di sisi-Mu dalam syurga, dan selamatkanlah daku dari Fir’aun dan perbuatannya (yang kufur dan buas), serta selamatkanlah daku dari kaum yang zalim”.
(Surah At-Tahrim: Ayat 11)

Jadi nya,,kita kena percaya pada janji Allah dan percaya setiap kejadian tu ada hikmah nya. kalau la ditakdirkn jodoh dengan org yg x berapa baik@ membujang terus,,insyaAllah kat akhirat nnt Allah akan berikan pasangan yg paling seswai skali utk kita..ameen~

Assalamualaikum wbt...haihh dah lama x update blog ni..dah bersawang dah hihi..btw tadi otw nk p kelas sembg2 ngan nikwani & ira,,dorg pn crita la dental school cari volunteer for clinical trial utk sensitive teeth bla2..mula2 aku cam besa je la kn x tertarik sgt la,,pas2 bila depa mention pasal dental school bg 30 euro utk each visit( diulangi 30 EURO for EACH VISIT),,haa trus tanya mcm2 hahaha...so balik dr kelas trus aku bukak student email.email nye adalah seperti berikut :

The Dental Hospital were onto me and they wanted this sent to the class. One thing about it though is that the people in the class who have Helen Whelton as their mentor can't participate as this contact could introduce bias.

The Cork Dental Hospital is counducting clinical trials for a new brand of toothpaste designed to reduce sensitivity. The Hospital are looking for volunteers to participate in these sensitivity trials, which consist of 5 visits to the dental hospital that can be at any time of your choosing between November 2009 and Jan 2010 from 8:30am to 5:10pm. People who wish to volunteer must have sensitive teeth but are not using a sensitive toothpaste. Your first visit will test to see if you are elligable for participation but even if you are not accepted you will be paid 30euro. If you are accepted, 30euro will be paid at each subsequent visit and you will be given 100euro at the final visit.

If you think you are an elligable candidate for these trials and would like more information please contact 4901213. Note, people who ring this number will be screened to ensure the fulfill the necessary criteria before being allowed come for examination.

Ohh myyy...beruntung kn sape ade sensitive teeth ?!! haha...gigi pun sembuh,,duit pn dapat!!!(ye la mmg x 100% confirm sembuh tp possibility tu tinggi la) kalau terfikir nk tipu2 gigi anda tu sensitive,,sile batal kn niat anda sebab dorg bleh je detect gum ko tu sihat ke x hehe...tp bleh jugak la dpt 30 euro tu utk 1st visit...so kalau rs sakit bile makan/minum mknn/minuman panas/sejuk,,asyik berdarah bile gosok gigi ke,,peluang anda utk mendapat 220 euro amat cerah!! jgn malu2 boleh hubungi contact no seperti di atas.

1. weyyy dah x sampai sebulan nk balik!!!!!yeyyyyy...x sabar2 nk menghirup udara malaysia yg penuh dgn pencemaran itu hahaha..siyes aku mmg dah terkene syndrome nk balik sgt2 ni..hari ni je ntah brp kali aku ckp kat nikwani "eyy dah nk balik kn?","eyy x sabar nye nk balik!!!","eyyy bape hari g nk balik??","eyyy balik ni nk wat pe eh??" dan byk lagi hahaha..dulu x terasa sgt tp pas dah abis 1 2 paper ni terus jd gini..aku rs mesti sume org camni..mengaku je la kn haha..juga asyik buat perangai nk kol mak tiap2 hr hiii...rs nye sekrg ni aku kol umah selang sehari kot haha..musti mak aku cemuih nk melayan bebelan anak nye yg cumel ini lalala~

2. exam menyebabkn saye makan secara tidak sihat..studi menyebbkn saye cepat lapar..biskut rich tea ( biskut org tue katenye) wajib berada di atas meja..tgk je pn dah muak kn hehe.akibatnya graf berat pn meningkat..mcm org hepi nk exam je hahaha..hepi la sgttttt..tp rs nye cuaca yg sejuk ni yg menyebabkn peningkatan ituh,,kadar metabolism turun kunun hehe,,still x nk salah kn diri sendiri jugakkk..baru semlm makan pizza kn!!!hahaha insaf lahhh

3. pas abis exam anat semlm,,g balik Kampung hehee..ohhh dah gtaw ke belum eh??kitorg dah 5% pindah ke umah baru..ritu tido semlm je be4 exam sbb dah gedix sgt kn nk tido kat umah br..siap wat housewarming yg dirancang las2 minit..Jzkk utk seniors n kawan2 yg dtg..free2 dtg la lg ke Kampung k? hehe..ade few things yg x setel g pasal umah ni sebnr nye..barang2 x pindah lg,,nk tny landlady tu bbrp perkara sket bla bla bla...haaaa dorg kate kene wat baik ngan landlord neh..so GGS sekalian pekate kite bwk sourvenier sket utk die.**gilerr bodekk knnnn** untung2 die kasik peti ais lg besar ke..(oiii kate nk diet!!!),,bg sofa tambah ke,,,TV ke..hahaha

apeke je sumer bnd tanda seru..ish!tp mmg tekanan la paper harini..paper DS1002..hurm..last night was a speeding night for we 5,hoping for the questions to be circulated,we went through all past year papers available in hand..we got those from kak nadz..with all answers written in proper manner by kak nad on the side of the questions,we 5 were confident when heading to the exam hall this morning..erm,not that confident,but almost there..

i believe that 5 of us kept repeating and recalling the aswers for the questions since the pattern of the questions were seriously circulated..

HOWEVER!!!!

looked at our paper,it was totally OUT!!!

OMG!!!...i was clueless for most of the questions in general dentistry and dental material section..and behavoural science?..too specific to be eloborated in at most 200 words..wuuu...

i tot i was the only one who sufferd from the "what-the-tuuut-is-this?"..but apparently the others felt the same..

walaupun 100 soalan MCQ td mcm....super "senang"..namun insyaAllah,yg terbaik untuk kami suda ditentukan oleh Allah..
